DIESSE Diagnostica Senese announces the approval by the Shareholders' Meeting of the transformation into a Benefit Company

DIESSE, a company with over 40 years of experience in the world of laboratory diagnostics, is proud to announce this step, which represents a natural evolution within its development path.

The company, accordingly with its business industry, works daily to improve health and well-being and is committed to acting responsibly, sustainably and transparently, integrating the aims of common benefit into the objectives of its Company statute.

This change is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility path, together with other important initiatives, such as:

• The new DIESSE BIOTECH CAMPUS construction, the site developed based on the environmental sustainability principles - a 600 kW photovoltaic system, monitoring of CO2 emissions, an internal water supply system and a clear waste reduction strategy.
• Numerous initiatives supporting our employee wellbeing, such as the recent purchase of the Made in Italy E-bikes fleet.
• The current initiatives in support of charity organizations and the new ones coming.

Linked to this change, DIESSE is committed to annually communicate its results through its Sustainability Report, measuring the impact generated in terms of environmental, social and governance benefits.
