DIESSE announces the launch of new kits for the quantification of Vitamine B12 and Folate on CHORUS system
Tuesday 25 October 2022Siena, 25th October 2022 – DIESSE Diagnostica Senese is proud to announce that two new tests for Vitamin B12 and Folate will be available by the end of November.
Vitamin B12 and Folate quantification is important to investigate the causes of anemia or neuropathy, to evaluate nutritional status in some patients or to monitor the effectiveness of treatment for these vitamins.
These new kits will be available on CHORUS systems as mono-tests, enriching the over 150 tests available in the analytic menu of the instrument.

In fact, in 2022 DIESSE completed the panel of tests for Flavivirus, enlarged the CHORUS Promonitor menu for biological drugs monitoring and launched the new kit CHORUS suPAR Extended to monitor inflammatory status. With CHORUS Vit B12 and CHORUS Folate assays, DIESSE shows once again its involvement in the improvement of clinical effectiveness of IVD laboratories.
